At Willow Drive Elementary, all students will receive the respect, encouragement, and opportunities they need to build the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to be successful, contributing members of a global society.
Mission
The mission of Willow Drive Elementary is to develop competent, lifelong learners by providing a thorough and effective educational program that prepares students to meet the challenges of an ever-changing society.

I love working at Willow Drive Elementary because of the friendly work environment. Walking through the doors each morning to be greeted by so many happy, energetic kids, that know me by name, makes my job one that I enjoy. The teachers and staff are always easy to work with and make an effort to assist one another if the need arises.

Willow Drive Elementary is a special place in our Sumter community! Our Eagles SOAR at WDE! Our school has a special place in my heart because I have been here for many years! It is rewarding to work with colleagues that are passionate about developing relationships with students and their families as well as each other. Our WDE family works diligently to prepare students for success while encouraging them to be lifelong learners. WDE is the place to be....we ROCK!
